Shai Machnes
Co-founder and CEO, Qruise
Shai brings over 15 years of experience as a programmer, team leader, product manager, and CTO. He holds dual undergraduate degrees in Computer Science and Physics.
He later pursued a PhD in physics, specializing in the control of quantum systems for quantum computing. After a decade in research – including leading the Quantum Characterization, Control, and Calibration group at the Jülich Research Center – Shai co-founded Qruise to accelerate deep-tech R&D with AI-driven solutions.
