Spencer Ricks

Spencer B. Ricks is a partner at Latham & Watkins, where he focuses his practice in advising entrepreneurs, start-ups, and emerging companies across the technology, life sciences, and clean energy sectors. With a comprehensive approach, Spencer guides companies through their entire corporate life cycle, from early-stage formation and strategy to venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions, and public offerings. His practice extends to mature companies, where he facilitates strategic investments and commercial collaborations.
