If you have missing attributes in your ArchiCAD you can get ArchiCAD to automatically check all of your Surfaces. Simply go to Options>Element Attributes>Check Surfaces:
This will look through your loaded Surfaces & alert you to any unused/missing Surfaces and automatically clean this up for you:
