Post 4 – Bodywork Plug: Bog, Sand, Paint and Mould
In Part 1 we saw how the bodywork plug was formed where foam was added to create the streamlined profile of the bodywork design. Watch how the bodywork moulds are created through the process of covering the surface of the plug in hard setting bog, sanding and painting the surface in order to pull the final fibreglass bodywork moulds.
