Using Building Materials

Prioritise Building Materials to show how each material intersect with each other.

As a rule of thumb, the skin with higher priority will cut into the skin with lower priority.

Below example is a detail of Brick Veneer Wall intersecting with Concrete Slab with Tiled flooring:

• Brickwork and cavity has higher priority than the concrete slab.
• Concrete slab has higher priority than the stud/plaster wall.
• Stud/plaster wall has higher priority than the tiles.
